We deliver to most pin codes in India via courier partners. Remote or restricted locations may take longer or, rarely, may not be serviceable — we will contact you if that happens.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible orders. Pay the delivery executive in cash when your parcel arrives. Online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets via Razorpay) is also available at checkout.
Delivery charges & free shipping
Shipping charges follow the live rates shown in your cart and at checkout. When a free-delivery threshold applies, it is shown in the site announcement bar and again before you place the order. Adding more tubes is often the easiest way to qualify.
Timelines
Processing usually starts within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Transit time then depends on your destination — many domestic orders arrive within about 3–8 business days, longer for remote areas. Tracking details are shared when the courier picks up the parcel.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your phone number and address. Incorrect details can delay delivery or cause failed attempts. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you about reshipping or next steps.
