Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened in transit, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packing and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after we confirm the issue.
Change of mind
Because toothpaste is a personal-care item, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used tubes for hygiene reasons. Unopened tubes in original saleable packing may be considered for return if you contact us within 7 days of delivery — approval is case by case.
Cash on Delivery orders
For approved COD refunds or replacements, we will share the next steps by phone or email. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method where possible.
